Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a seasoned smart home technologist to lead end-to-end residential deployments, from concept through handover. You will oversee installations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure integration with architectural plans and MEP systems.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted prototyping and no-code automation to optimize workflows, with international collaboration across India and the United States. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in smart home tech, IoT, ELV, or BMS in residential projects.
• Hands-on with leading smart home platforms and protocols listed above.
• Experience managing installations from planning to handover.
• Proven use of AI tools to prototype and automate workflows.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms for automation and internal tooling.
• Track record of delivering technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee smart home implementations across residential projects.
• Evaluate platforms and vendors aligning with wellness and EMF-conscious design.
• Collaborate with architects and MEP consultants for integration.
• Manage installation, testing, troubleshooting, and handover.
• Use AI to prototype and validate solutions before deployment.
• Build internal tools and workflows to improve project tracking and reporting.
• Stay informed on new tech opportunities and wellness-focused design.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and multi-project priorities.
• Coordinate with India and US teams across time zones.
• Create clear technical documentation for operations and maintenance.
