The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with building systems and project management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,200 to $117,800, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering smart building projects.
• Strong understanding of technology integration within built environments.
• Familiarity with smart building technologies such as BMS and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of integrated technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to define project vision and outcomes.
• Support vendor evaluation and procurement processes.
• Provide post-occupancy support and define operational KPIs.
