Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our remote Provider Network. You will conduct teletherapy with pediatric clients, implementing plans of care and maintaining ongoing documentation.

The role requires an accredited SLPA program, active CA license, and at least one year of SLPA experience. Fluency in Spanish is essential; experience with AAC and parent coaching is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines.
• Active SLPA License in the State of California.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA.
• Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching.
• Experience in clinic/private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting.
• Experience writing SOAP Notes.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+).
• Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish.
• Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients.
• Implement an individual's plan of care via teletherapy.
• Maintain a caseload of pediatric population.
• Keep appropriate and daily documentation.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress.
