Stellar Virtual is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support virtual school programs under a licensed SLP. You will implement interventions, assist assessments, and help coordinate care for students with communication disorders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, teachers, and families, leveraging Google Workspace and other virtual tools in a home-office setup. Texas residency is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid SLPA certification in the state of Texas.
• Experience in school settings or virtual programs preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists to implement individual and group therapy sessions in virtual settings.
• Assist in conducting assessments, gather data, and contribute to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and generate reports as needed.
• Work with teachers, parents, and educators to align speech goals with academic plans.
• Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in trainings.
• Deliver services using virtual platforms and online tools effectively.
• Support emerging business needs and strategic priorities as directed by your manager.
