Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist to serve PreK-12 students. The role is fully remote with a start ASAP and 37.5 hours per week. The candidate should be licensed or eligible in Ohio and ready to obtain licensure as needed.

We offer cross-license support, competitive pay starting at $50/hour, and a collaborative, tech-driven environment helping students improve communication skills across nationwide schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience delivering SLP services in K-12 environments or pediatric settings.
• Ability to work in a virtual/teletherapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Create individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Provide direct therapy addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and education teams to support goals.
• Apply evidence-based techniques and adaptive activities in sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
