Job summary

Fullmind, a nationwide provider partnering with U.S. schools, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for fully remote, 1099 contract roles for the 2026-27 school year. You'll deliver virtual instruction to students and support IEP goals.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with teachers and families, and ensuring FERPA-compliant technology setup. Immediate start dates subject to placements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California SLP License or CL-879 or ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Live Scan fingerprint required.
• Must be in good standing with any licenses held.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for school/IEP delivery.
• FERPA-compliant technology setup and private workspace.
• Knowledge of IDEA and California Ed Code requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and engagement in virtual learning.
• Develop strategies to engage and nurture student learning and relationships.
• Evaluate levels of speech and language.
• Develop and execute treatment plans addressing student needs.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Meet with school personnel to discuss student progress.
