AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) for flexible, contract work within public school settings. The role involves delivering therapy under supervision, utilizing AIM's technology suite, and serving 120+ Texas districts with professional development opportunities.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas SLP-A license and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field; experience with telepractice is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology or a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Texas SLP-A license

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP, delivering therapy across various communication modalities
• Provide tele-practice services when appropriate, adapting to each campus's service delivery model
• Document session data and student progress accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with the supervising SLP regarding student needs and progress
