Job summary

Ognomy Sleep is seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Physician licensed in New York to join our fully virtual practice on a part-time basis (minimum 16 hours per week), with the potential to expand to full-time within 12 months. You will conduct telehealth consultations, interpret sleep studies, and guide patients to evidence-based treatments.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Sleep Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• Minimum 1 year of telemedicine sleep disorder experience (OSA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations to evaluate and diagnose sleep disorders, focusing on obstructive sleep apnea.
• Review and interpret home sleep apnea tests and related studies.
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans, including PAP therapy, oral appliances, or pharmacological options.
• Collaborate with the patient support team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
