Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Sitecore CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Content Hub. You will handle backend C#/.NET development, frontend work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a focus on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations.

The ideal candidate ships Sitecore work in production, navigates both classic XP/XM and composable Sitecore ecosystems, and balances

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
6+ years of Sitecore development experience.
Proficiency in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
Experience with headless implementations (JSS/Next.js).
Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript tooling.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
