Purple Communications, Inc is seeking an Interpreter to provide high-quality professional American Sign Language interpreting in a call center environment. The Interpreter will be responsible for offering effective video relay service and remote interpreting while maintaining customer service excellence. Candidates should be fluent in ASL and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Must be able to work 15 hours every 6 weeks.
• Must pass the company's interpreting skills assessment.
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Exhibit professional behavior at all times including punctuality and preparedness.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the company.
