Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Signals Intelligence professionals for a remote, contractor-based role to support AI training and evaluation. You will assess AI-generated intelligence, develop realistic SIGINT scenarios, and establish standards for analytical accuracy and reasoning.

Collaborate with project teams to refine evaluation rubrics, identify analytical gaps, and document findings to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in government or military SIGINT operations.
• Strong understanding of SIGINT methodologies, intelligence workflows, and analytical practices.
• Ability to evaluate complex intelligence scenarios and assess accuracy and relevance of analytical outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical findings clearly.
• Ability to provide structured feedback and collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities
