Job summary

Echelon Risk Cyber in the United States is seeking an experienced SIEM Engineer to join our Managed Security Services team, focusing on CrowdStrike Falcon LogScale Next-Gen SIEM. You will configure logs, parsers, dashboards, and alerts, and work with clients across industries.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SIEM, a CS or security degree, hands-on CrowdStrike LogScale and CQL, knowledge of SIEM/EDR/IDS/IPS, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a SIEM Engineer or similar role (e.g., SOC Engineer, Security Engineer).
• Degree in computer science, information security, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon LogScale and CQL.
• Knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Implement SIEM solutions, including log configuration, ingestion, and alert/dashboard/parser creation and tuning.
• Support SOC efforts using MDR/EDR/SIEM platforms to detect and analyze events.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement security monitoring strategies and improve incident response.
• Create and maintain documentation for security procedures and analyses.
• Develop and define queries using Falcon LogScale to detect anomalies and threats.
• Deliver exceptional client service and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
