Serena Neel LLC is seeking a full-time Short-Form Video Editor to cut personality-driven lifestyle, DIY, and challenge content for Serena Neel. You will turn 30–60 minutes of raw footage into polished 2:30–3:00 minute videos, deliver roughly 8 finished videos per week, and work 2:00–10:00 PM Pacific core hours.

NDA is required. You will collaborate with Thomas and Serena, ensuring the footage preserves the authentic style and humor that defines the brand.

Qualifications

• Portfolio and test edit will speak for you.
• Advanced CapCut proficiency is required.
• Strong pacing, storytelling, and retention for short-form.
• Takes direct feedback and revises quickly.
• Reliable, organized, and self-directed while remote.

Responsibilities

• Turn 30–60 minutes of raw footage into polished 2:30–3:00 minute videos.
• Deliver roughly 8 finished videos per week.
• Work 2:00–10:00 PM Pacific core hours.
• Pitch hooks, storylines, and endings for videos.
• Protect the funny, memorable, and important moments.
• Collaborate with Thomas and Serena on major storyline decisions.
• Keep projects organized in CapCut cloud workspace.
• Occasionally edit content for social stories.
