Job summary
Right Balance, a Los Angeles-based tech staffing firm, is seeking a Shopify Support Engineer for a US-based client. This full-time, remote role focuses on maintaining Shopify Plus operations, building automations, and supporting e-commerce integrations.

Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate to fluent English, real-time conversations.
- 3+ years in a support, e-commerce, or platform engineering role.
- 2+ years Shopify Plus experience, GraphQL Admin API and Liquid.
- 2+ years SQL experience, PostgreSQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
- Experience with AI tools to accelerate delivery (Claude/ChatGPT).
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Exposure to integrations with Klaviyo, Celigo, Sentry, Supabase.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Shopify Plus operations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support requests.
- Build and maintain automation workflows.
- Support integrations between e‑commerce and internal systems.
- Work with SQL and data-related tasks as needed.
- Ramp up quickly to cover existing responsibilities and ensure continuity.
