• Proven architectural analysis for infra and integration requirements.
• Experience in solution architecture, design, effort estimation and planning.
• ITSM principles aligned to ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with clients and technical teams.
