Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Strategist to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will lead technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy, content coordination with writers and AI, and optimize for Google AI Overviews while maintaining traditional organic results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Proficiency in Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience serving multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Achieve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
