Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO link building concepts and tactics.
• Excellent outreach writing — personalized, professional, and persuasive.
• Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar for link research.
• Organized with the ability to run high-volume outreach campaigns.
• Persistent and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify link-building opportunities through competitor analysis, broken link research, and content gap analysis.
• Conduct outbound outreach to bloggers, journalists, and webmasters via email.
• Write personalized outreach pitches that earn links — not templates that get ignored.
• Manage an outreach pipeline and track reply rates, placements, and link status.
• Coordinate with the content team to create linkable assets (guides, data, tools).
• Monitor acquired backlinks for quality and report on DA gains over time.
• Follow white-hat link-building practices — no spammy tactics.
