Job summary

Hoplon InfoSec LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic search initiatives and drive measurable results. You will perform technical audits, optimize content, build high-quality backlinks, and monitor KPIs to improve rankings and visibility across major search engines.

Collaborating with content and design teams, you’ll create SEO-friendly content and implement internal linking strategies to enhance site structure and user experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of SEO experience.
• Proficiency in keyword research and SEO audits.
• Strong link building and backlink strategies.
• Experience with web analytics for data-driven improvements.
• Expertise in on-page and technical SEO techniques.
• Knowledge of current SEO trends and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness; work with developers to implement fixes.
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to address broken links, crawl errors, and mobile usability.
• Optimize content, structure, and meta elements to improve rankings and user engagement.
• Develop and execute backlink strategies through various outreach methods.
• Monitor and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content and internal linking strategies.
