Whitecap Digital, LLC (Whitecap SEO) is seeking an experienced SEO Content Writer to craft high-quality, SEO-friendly blog posts and on-page content for ecommerce brands. This part-time, remote role requires you to manage content calendars, write in each client’s voice, and coordinate with the team to meet milestones.

You'll join a small remote team with 4–5 hours overlapping EST daily, and you’ll own project timelines from kickoff to delivery while delivering persuasive, conversion-focused

Qualifications

• Portfolio of blog and website content copywriting projects.
• Understanding of SEO content writing best practices.
• Prior experience creating B2C content in the ecommerce space.
• Creative vision to create original, high-quality content.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a small remote team while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Write high quality, on-brand, SEO-friendly content for ecommerce websites.
• Brainstorm blog topics based on trends and client needs.
• Develop and manage content calendars for clients.
• Implement on-page content optimisations for category pages.
• Create SEO-optimized product descriptions and pages.
• Lead client meetings to understand content needs and present ideas.
• Maintain client relationships through strong communication.
• Turn client ideas into high-performing content.
• Write in each client’s voice per brand guidelines.
