Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Account Strategist to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the technical roadmap, set content priorities, and articulate the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will lead technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy, and content priorities with writers and AI, while coordinating with US clients on live calls and delivering clear results in GA4 and Search Console.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO aspects: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage local SEO and multi-location strategies as needed.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console and plan quarterly roadmaps.
