• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex/life pension Workers’ Compensation cases for Senior Staff Attorney.

• Create and present defense strategies; prepare pleadings and trial briefs.
• Collaborate with Claims Partners for optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate resolution of cases; prepare and present witnesses in trials.
