Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the liquid asphalt business with end-to-end accountability for purchasing, risk management, profitability, and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in liquid procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of growing profitability and developing high-performing teams.

This is a remote role across the continental United States, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in wholesale liquid procurement, commodity trading, or related supply chain roles.
• Proven track record managing profitability within a P&L structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day operations of the liquid asphalt business unit.
• Oversee liquid asphalt purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and cost efficiency at scale.
• Manage procurement personnel and ensure safety, development, and performance.
