Responsibilities

• Analyse scripts and reference materials to formulate VFX breakdowns and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with executives and supervisors to set methodology, scope, and bidding strategy.
• Act as primary client contact during bidding, presenting bids and negotiating parameters.
• Track revisions and bid feedback to issue updated estimates and change orders.
• Maintain bidding databases and pipeline records with accurate data.
• Facilitate hand-offs to awarded VFX teams with clear scope and margins.
• Provide timezone coverage across global hubs to meet client turnarounds.
