Job summary

Connor Group seeks accounting professionals with 2-5 years of public accounting experience to work on complex transactions, including IPOs and M&A, and to support audits and financial reporting.

The position offers opportunities to grow technical accounting skills, work with top clients, and utilize our nationwide offices when needed. CPA preferred or pursuing certification, with a strong emphasis on independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of prior experience in public accounting required.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Add value through complex transactions including IPOs, SPACs, M&A, and Divestitures.
• Assist in auditing and related financial reporting tasks.
• Assist in drafting or review complex sets of financial statements with disclosures.
• Identify and apply technical accounting guidance to client situations.
• Communicate clearly with engagement teams and clients.
