Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, IT, cybersecurity).
• Strong consultative and partnering skills with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles from intake to offer.
• Uses ATS, databases, market insights to identify and engage top talent.
• Builds consultative partnerships with hiring managers to forecast needs and define role requirements.
• Develops competitive compensation and offer strategies with managers.
• Sourcing candidates via databases, networks, referrals, and outreach; manages candidate communication.
