Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing SaaS team. As a hands-on technical lead, you will shape the architecture of a cloud-based enterprise product using Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind, collaborating with design and program teams to meet business needs.

You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure performance, security, and scalability. This remote role requires occasional in-person meetings in the US and emphasizes energy transformation tech.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PHP (8.x) and object-oriented design with best practices.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience building software using PHP frameworks (Laravel).
• Building RESTful APIs that integrate with other services and scale.
• Experience with Vue or similar JS frameworks (TypeScript and SPA patterns).
• Proficient with Git and Git-based workflows; cloud infrastructure in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of a scalable, secure SaaS product using Laravel and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software aligning with business needs.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and drive quality improvements across the codebase.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across full stack and ensure performance and reliability.
• Engage in full software lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
