Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support large-scale AI training projects. The role is fully remote and contractor-based, with about 15 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

You will work across the stack on real software engineering problems, including feature work, refactoring, performance tuning, code reviews, and creating coding tasks with reference solutions. Strong software experience and solid CS foundations are required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Confidence working on complex technical problems
• Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, system design, automated testing, code review or cybersecurity would be highly relevant
