ICF is seeking a Senior-Level Software Engineer to lead mission-critical initiatives for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript, with Oracle and SQL Server backends, and cloud deployments in AWS GovCloud to meet security and compliance requirements.

This remote role may require quarterly travel to offices or client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS, SE, or IT.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Hands-on development with Java or Kotlin and TypeScript; Oracle/SQL Server experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC for secure, mission-critical apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain apps using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript with Oracle/SQL Server backends.
• Build cloud-based solutions in AWS GovCloud and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with product owners, architects, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.
• Conduct code reviews, unit/integration testing, and debugging to meet quality standards.
• Prepare executive briefs and status updates for government stakeholders and leadership.
