YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a remote, contract role to help train next-generation AI systems. You will apply your expertise across languages and platforms to deliver high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with Python3, Java, Rust, Go, TypeScript, and C++, tackling algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust or TypeScript with C++/Go as a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and performance tuning.
• Experience debugging complex software and delivering maintainable code.
• Experience with feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
• Track record of collaboration in remote, cross-functional teams.
