Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group is seeking a Social Media Strategy & Community Manager to lead content across our Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta markets. This role will own captions, posting cadence, community management, and remote support for new markets under the guidance of the Director of Visual Media.

You’ll manage Meta ads lifecycle, collaborate with local teams, and monitor engagement; travel for launches is required as markets open, with a distributed multi-market presence.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid social campaigns with budget accountability.
• Strong writing ability and ability to adapt tone across multiple brands.
• Remote-operator mindset and data-informed decision making.
• A collaborative, peer-based work style with cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Write captions in each brand voice and schedule across accounts 2–3x per week per brand.
• Manage content across multiple markets; update highlights and event info.
• Engage in community management: respond to comments/DMs and escalate as needed.
• Own Meta ads lifecycle: budget, targeting, testing, ROAS, reporting.
• Support new-market strategy remotely for Dallas and Atlanta; analyze data feedback.
• Deliver weekly/bi-weekly reports on trends and content performance.
