Job summary

Wesley Group is seeking an Experienced Sales Professional to join our remote, full-time team. No cold calling — only incoming warm leads.

We offer base pay, commissions, monthly bonuses, 401k match and comprehensive health benefits, with a four-day workweek (Fri–Mon, 9am–7pm) and paid time off. You will contact, qualify, and schedule appointments for timeshare relief clients, using our marketing-generated leads (over 3,000 weekly).

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, telesales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call leads in an efficient and timely manner.
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments for timeshare relief.
• Explain Wesley Financial Group's value and process to clients.
• Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow.
