Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP (BT) is seeking a Sage Intacct Senior Consultant specializing in Construction Management to deliver ERP implementations for construction clients remotely in the U.S. You will lead project initiatives, work directly with customers, define requirements, configure and migrate data, and ensure high satisfaction.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with Sage Intacct features. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant strongly preferred.
• Vertical industry understanding gained in construction.
• End-to-end software delivery lifecycle experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sage Intacct implementation projects for construction clients in a remote setting.
• Coordinate requirements, design, configuration, testing, training and data migration.
• Mentor Associate Solution Architects and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success.
