The role involves developing physics-aware reward models, scaling simulations in RL workflows, and extending motion modeling to complex human-object interactions with 3D meshes. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant research or industry experience.
• Strong Python and PyTorch proficiency with profiling/optimization.
• Experience with reinforcement learning reward design.
• 3D human pose and motion representations (SMPL-family).
• MS or PhD or equivalent in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop physics-based motion reward models for generative video systems.
• Improve reward signals for physical realism in simulations.
• Scale simulation within large-scale RL workflows.
