Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Regulatory Program Manager to lead regulatory program execution for client-dedicated work in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will translate global regulatory strategy into actionable plans with milestones, risks, and accountability in a matrix environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually. You will partner with regulatory leadership and cross-functional teams to keep submissions on track across international

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a scientific, engineering or healthcare field.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/PharmD) preferred; PMP cert is a plus.
• Regulatory program management experience sought.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global regulatory leads to develop and execute regulatory plans.
• Translate regulatory strategies into actionable plans with milestones and risks.
• Lead execution of regulatory plans aligning with strategic objectives.
• Identify innovative regulatory pathways meeting global expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Facilitate global regulatory subteam meetings with structured agendas and decisions.
• Apply project management to improve meetings and documentation.
