Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting competitive state and retail electric and gas markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including verbal and written
• Knowledge of state regulatory requirements and retail energy rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop timely, accurate responses to customer issues involving state and retail regulatory matters.
• Serve as primary contact for state regulatory agencies on compliance and inquiries.
• Monitor metrics and trends to identify escalation needs and process improvements.
• Prepare reports for regulatory filings and ad hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate policy impacts.
