Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking an experienced Front End Developer (React) to design, build, and continuously improve a web app used by thousands. You will collaborate with design and product teams, translate Figma designs into high-quality UI, and own testing with Cypress/Playwright/Storybook to ensure robust releases.

You’ll work with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and React, with emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience
• 5+ years TypeScript experience
• 5+ years React and SPA experience
• 3+ years HTML5, CSS3 experience
• 3+ years GraphQL and Apollo experience
• 2+ years CSS-in-JS development
• Strong experience with Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic or similar visual regression tools
• Experience with Ant Design or TailwindCSS
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
• Region: Europe - CET (+1/-1) working hours

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Development: Develop new user-facing features and reusable components for the app.
• Code Quality: Ensure UI designs are technically feasible and optimize for speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with design and backend teams and participate in code reviews.
• Tech Stack execution: Implement Figma designs with React, JS/TS, and CSS for seamless backend integration.
• Maintenance: Improve existing codebases and uphold coding standards through peer reviews.
• Automated Testing: Write and maintain test scripts using Cypress, Playwright and Storybook.
