Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Security Design & Integration (SDI) embedded in a client Global Security organization. You will manage complex security projects across hyperscale and enterprise data centers, coordinating with security leadership, IT, facilities, and vendors.

The role reports to the SDI Consultant Sr. Program Manager and drives projects from planning through closeout, ensuring governance, budget, and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering physical security, electronic security systems, and data-center projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects across geographically distributed locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security deployments across data center locations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate execution with engineering, IT, facilities, and site stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, and budget; implement corrective actions.
• Manage changes through approved processes and document outcomes.
