Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives across market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget implementation of programs.
• Analyze, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics and client requirements.
• Manage programs and implement tools/enhancements for new strategies.
• Develop business cases to support new program opportunities and targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
