Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is seeking a collaborative, results-driven Sr Program Manager to partner with Transformation Program Business Owners and Senior Leaders, delivering complex projects that modernize core systems and optimize business processes.

You will drive cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution in a SAFe environment, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-wide impact across insurance platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in program management.
• Proven experience managing external integration partners and cross-partner delivery.
• Strong understanding of insurance value streams (quote-to-bind, policy lifecycle, billing, actuarial processes).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs with budgets over $10M.
• Proficiency with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and coordinating multiple ARTs/value streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated program/project delivery as part of IPH’s global insurance transformation across MGAs and partners.
• Define delivery scope and dependencies with global System Integrators (SIs) and business/tech teams.
• Apply SAFe to structure ARTs, plan, manage dependencies, and drive iterative delivery.
• Oversee vendor SOWs, contracts, financials, and delivery quality across groups.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, and Platform teams to ensure solution integrity.
• Drive program reporting, KPI tracking, risk/issue management, and change management.
