Tradeweb Europe Limited seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of electronic trading platforms within institutional markets. You will manage cross-functional initiatives involving trading workflows, integrations, and user experience improvements, working with developers, QA, product, and business stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management and project delivery within fintech, investment banking, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting and managing Fixed Income trading systems and related workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets and electronic trading environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of products related to trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Support and manage Fixed Income trading systems for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders across regions.
• Lead the gathering, validation, and documentation of detailed requirements; review implementations.
