Job summary

CRB Workforce, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer IV to support Prisma SASE in a remote capacity. This senior role requires extensive hands-on experience with Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access, plus advanced BGP/OSPF routing and cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The ideal candidate will manage Tier-3 escalations, drive incident resolution, and lead lifecycle activities from onboarding to decommissioning while ensuring security policy, HA, and telemetry standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ten years of practical network engineering work in enterprise or managed services.
• Direct experience operating Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access.
• Proficiency with firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point) and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Tier-3 escalation resource for Prisma SASE, resolving complex problems across Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, IPsec, and cloud-delivered firewalling.
• Lead on high-severity incidents, drive customer updates and perform root cause analysis, oversee onboarding, changes, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Uphold standards for routing, segmentation, security policy, high availability, and resiliency; support hybrid or cloud connectivity across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deploy and maintain ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, and identity integrations (SAML, MFA); contribute to automation with APIs, Python, Ansible, Terraform; enhance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and escalation docs; mentor Tier-1/2 engineers.
