Job summary

This senior IC-level contributor provides expert program analysis, governance support, and executive decision enablement for the Program Manager.

The role requires DoD/IC program analysis experience, cross-agency coordination, and the ability to translate mission needs into executable requirements and governance structures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in DoD/IC program analysis and operations with senior contributions.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required to start.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and governance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior principal-level program analysis and governance support to the Program Manager.
• Translate mission needs into governance documents, agreements, and action plans.
• Lead working groups and governance forums with senior leaders.
• Capture requirements and maintain traceability and workflow docs.
• Produce executive summaries, dashboards, and milestones for leadership.
