Job summary

Cornerstone Capital Bancorp, Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead enterprise projects across Mortgage Operations, delivering requirements through deployment using agile and other methods.

You will collaborate with CHL's COO, PMO, Operations, IT, and product teams to drive system upgrades and process improvements while ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in the mortgage industry.
• 7+ years in project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CHL's COO, PMO, Operations Executives, IT, product management, and SMEs to drive system customization and process improvements.
• Lead project teams from requirements through development, testing, and deployment using agile and other methods.
• Manage multiple priorities and provide direction for project teams and deliverables.
• Build partnerships with senior management, sponsors, and end users, ensuring clear communication.
• Contribute to change management and optimize existing procedures and controls.
• Perform BA and PM work for BI, reporting, and data warehousing initiatives across CHL.
• Develop and deliver training on project delivery and business analysis for sponsors and staff.
