Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of platform or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and compliance.
• Experience in IT service delivery and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
