Job summary

Huntress Labs, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Product Researcher for Security Awareness Training in the United States. You will design and run phishing simulations, analyzing results to improve training effectiveness and counter evolving threats.

You will expand the program to new regions and languages using AI-powered systems, triage incidents, and surface threat insights to inform outreach and learning content.

Qualifications

• Experience building phishing simulation deliverables and analyzing results.
• Experience identifying emerging social engineering tradecraft and innovating training content.

Responsibilities

• Operate a proven industry-leading phishing program and build simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft.
• Triage reported phishing emails and incidents, surfacing threat insights for reports and outreach campaigns.
• Expand the program into new regions, languages, and learning experiences with AI-powered systems.
