Qualifications
- Must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in philanthropy, including consulting on philanthropic strategies with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Experience leading complex consulting engagements for private foundations and with family governance.
- Experience guiding conversations among diverse groups with varying perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead advisor or senior supporting advisor on client engagements, including project planning, facilitation of client meetings, and oversight of giving activities.
- Develop philanthropic strategies, conduct research, prepare reports, and communicate findings to clients and advisers.
- Lead or support engagements with large family foundations and potential donors to drive growth and impact.
- Contribute to thought leadership through writing and speaking engagements.
