Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain to optimize Oracle EBS modules across inventory, order management, shipping, and BOM within a global ERP landscape. This remote role supports cross-functional teams and drives end-to-end supply chain improvements.

You will design functional solutions, configure setups, validate tests, and lead SIT/UAT, cutovers, and hyper-care. Strong communication and SOX controls experience are essential to ensure compliant, reliable

Qualifications

• 7+ years with Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (INV, PO, OM, Shipping, BOM, Cost Management, Procurement).
• Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes and how they integrate with Finance.
• Solid SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to SOX-controlled multinational environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional support and enhancements for Oracle EBS modules: INV, OM, Shipping, BOM, Cost Management, and related SCM areas.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, configure setups, and oversee testing and deployment.
• Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Develop functional designs, documentation, and process flows for SCM modules.
• Own upgrades, integrations, and data conversions; lead SIT/UAT and cutover activities.
