Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to ensure high-quality, compliant conduct of oncology studies across the West Coast. You will monitor sites, manage study startup activities, and collaborate with sponsors and study teams while traveling regionally.

You'll bring a Bachelor's or Nursing degree with 5+ years of regional, traveling CRA experience, and be comfortable with 8–10 days of travel per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree with 5+ years as a regional traveling CRA.
• Experience monitoring Oncology clinical trials; Hematology preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region; 8–10 DOS monthly.
• Experience in full-service monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide studies.
• Identify and assess potential research sites to support study execution.
• Coordinate study start-up activities, including regulatory documentation and contract/budget support.
• Conduct all types of monitoring visits: PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs and COVs.
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection, and safety reporting.
• Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support throughout study maintenance.
