Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Web Developer to design, develop, and enhance government‑owned web applications used by 50,000+ users. This fully remote role focuses on scalable, secure solutions and a modern JS stack with .NET Core, C#, Vue.js/React, and SQL Server.

You will work on shaping architecture, mentoring peers, and delivering high‑value features while collaborating with stakeholders across Navy acquisition programs.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of full‑stack development using C# Web APIs and a modern JS framework.
• Experience with Vue.js/React and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently on a remote team.
• DoD/federal government or mission‑critical customers experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; substitutions allowed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, full‑stack solutions aligned with mission objectives.
• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications across the full SDLC.
• Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and plan work.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Lead and mentor team members; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
