Role Summary
The .NET Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise web-based applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality user interface solutions while collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Technical Functional Area Leads (TFALs), Architects, Test Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The ideal candidate possesses strong full-stack web application development experience with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, database technologies, source control management, and production support. The Developer will participate in application modernization efforts, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET and C#.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business and technical requirements.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Implement enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests in accordance with SDLC standards.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to development standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Database Development & Integration
- Develop and support SQL Server and Oracle database components.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages.
- Collaborate with database administrators and technical teams to improve application performance.
- Support data validation, integration testing, and issue resolution activities.
Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and application issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings and corrective actions.
- Support application deployments and post-deployment validation activities.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.
- Assist with deployment planning, release activities, configuration management, and environment support.
- Manage application configurations, permissions, security settings, and service dependencies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable environments.
Source Control & DevOps
- Utilize Git and Azure DevOps repositories for source control management.
- Participate in branching, code merging, pull requests, peer reviews, and release processes.
- Support CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines where applicable.
- Contribute to development documentation and technical knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Test Engineers to support defect resolution and quality assurance activities.
- Provide technical input during project planning, estimation, and solution reviews.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience developing web applications using ASP.NET and C#.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, software design principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle (PL/SQL).
- Experience creating and optimizing database queries, stored procedures, and supporting database troubleshooting activities.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications hosted in Microsoft IIS.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server administration, application configurations, permissions, and deployment support.
- Experience using Git and Azure DevOps for source control and code management.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex application issues.

- Demonstrated experience supporting mission-critical applications throughout the SDLC.
